Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Eccles Ice Penguins Hockey

All registrations are non-refundable unless covered by the optional registration insurance offered during sign-up. This insurance protects your investment in case of unexpected illness, injury, or other qualifying events. If you purchase insurance and need to withdraw, claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider. If you decline the insurance, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for missed practices, voluntary withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts.
