The Utah Mammoth are excited to announce a new session of the Learn to Play program at the George S. Eccles Ice Center. Designed to introduce kids to hockey, the program focuses on building fundamental skills while encouraging a lifelong passion for the sport and connection to the Mammoth community.

WHAT’S LEARN TO PLAY Hockey?

Learn to Play is a beginner-focused hockey program designed for kids new to the sport. The program emphasizes hockey fundamentals, including skating, stick handling, safety, and gameplay, with coaches helping players build confidence and develop skills in a fun, supportive environment.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Registration includes a full set of hockey gear to keep upon completion of the program, along with six on-ice instruction sessions.

The equipment package provides everything your player needs to get started, including a helmet with a cage, neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, shin guards, skates, stick, jersey, and socks, along with a hockey bag to store your gear.

WHO IS IT FOR?

• Designed for beginners who are new to the sport and just getting started with hockey.

After completing registration, an email will be sent at a later date with information on player fittings and gear ordering to help ensure your player is ready for the first day of lessons.
